AIONIAN provides mobile app design and development services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by AIONIAN remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensuring they have necessary rights to materials provided to us
• Making payments according to agreed terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIONIAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Detailed terms will be specified in individual agreements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to terms specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sydney, New South Wales.
